1 large can crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
1 tbsp minced garlic (I preferred the moist kind in a jar)
1 tbsp minced onion
1 1/2 tbsp basil
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tbsp garlic salt

Mix all ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to boil and simmer for 15+ minutes for full flavor.

Great over spaghetti squash!!  Try a grilled chicken breast over cooked spaghetti squash, top with marinara sauce and sprinkle a bit of shredded parmesan cheese.

You can also add some cooked lean hamburger for meat sauce.
