1 packet MF Brownie Soft Bake
1/8 tsp baking powder
6 Tbsp cold water, divided
1 packet MF Vanilla Pudding
1/2 Tbsp sugar-free strawberry syrup (I used Walden Farms)

Preheat over to 350° F. In a small bowl, mix MF Brownie Soft Bake mixture with baking powder and three tablespoons cold water. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, form four cookie-shaped pieces.  (I had some heart-shaped open metal cookie cutters, so I poured the batter in the cutter and then lifted them off carefully.  Very pretty!) Bake for 20 minutes or until done.  Allow cookies to cool for 30 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix MF Vanilla Pudding mixture with syrup and remaining cold water. Drop half pudding mixture onto the flat side of one cookie.  Place flat side of another on top and press together lightly.  Repeat to make second pie.

Makes 2 meals.
