RUM RAISIN BREAD

2 packages Spice Pancake mix
2 package Vanilla Shake mix
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
8 packages Truvia, Splenda, or other artificial sweetner
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp artificial rum flavoring
1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries
2/3 cup water
Mini Loaf Pan (about 2 1/2 inches by 5 inches)

Preheat oven to 350°.  Spray mini baking pan with butter-flavored non-stick cooking spray.  Mix dry ingredients in bowl.  Stir in vanilla and water.  Blend raisins or cranberries into batter. Pour in baking pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until middle is cooked.

For best results, wrap in aluminum foil directly from oven. Cut into 8 slices - 2 slices equals 1 meal.
